We normally stay in Cambridge when we visit, but it was graduation weekend and nothing within reason was available. The hotel is set back from the road and in a rather peaceful wooded park. The staff was very inviting and cheerful, even though hosting some of the teams for a girl's soccer tournament. My guess was that they put us... More

We stayed here over the weekend for my daughter's graduation. I mistakenly thought we had a small suite. The rooms have a king sized bed with a sleeper sofa in them. My son's complaint was that the air conditioning was noisy through the night. The beds were ok. They have some form of hydraulic adjustable bed so you can adjust... More

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Burlington during the Marathon since we were not able to get into a B&B downtown. The hotel is well situated just off the interstate. It is on a treed site and one has a sense of being in the country. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were able to get into... More

We travel to Boston often, and have stayed at many moderate price hotels. The parking is always extra and adds $30 a night to the "moderate" price. On one occasion we could not find a moderate price hotel and decided to look a little bit out of town. We came upon the Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington - about 20... More

Friendly staff but hotel needs more renovation. The room we are in has a bit of a dated feel. Some of the internal fixtures are worn. The microwave has a glass turntable that is the wrong size so bounces the item you are heating as it turns. The shower faucet is loose in the wall as is the tap which... More

Just completed a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington. It has been newly remodeled and was a great place to stay. Still has older furniture & tubs but they were clean & well cared for. Service was excellent. We were there for my husband's hospital visit and the shuttle was a great service. All of the staff was... More

we found this hotel on a business trip during the Prudential Center blackout downtown. i had actually set up the reservation and then canceled it to have meetings at the Prudential Center, but they were very courteous when i canceled, and equally courteous when i rebooked. at the time, the restaurant was under renovation, so i got a bit of... Definitely a solid hotel. It probably has nothing outstanding, but everything that was there was great. I guess the complimentary breakfast was repetitive, but it was all one could need to start the day, so can't complain. The rooms were clean and well serviced. Plasma HD TV. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The only thing that was missing is the... More

My wife and I wanted an inexpensive, but well-rated hotel to stay in the night before an event to save us from driving many hours starting at 4am that next day. We found this hotel at a very affordable rate. First impressions of a hotel start with the check-in staff and we were quite impressed with their friendliness and willingness... More
