we stayed at this inn for 1 night. our 2 bedroom suite was very clean, which i insist on. It was a very "homey" room which faced the bay. I took a walk on the private beach early in the morning. I would not choose to stay Buttermilk Bay Inn at all. The rooms were old and cold during the coolest summer in Massachusetts in a long time.
