The service was exceptional here by every member of the team. However, Juniata, at the front desk gets the "ROCK STAR AWARD" She went way above and beyond to assist me on some reservation request changes.

Convenient, fair value for Boston. Room was so hot (January) had to turn on AC Beds were toooo hard. Very uncomfortable night. Very good restaurant attached though. Terrific service. Good food packed up to go so I could eat in my room. Tasty.
