Hands down, the Vista offers the best accomodations to be had in Gloucester! The pricing is very reasonable, the rooms are immaculate, and the ocean view is spectacular! The staff is friendly, and knowledgable about the area. We will always choose the Vista to stay at on our trips to Gloucester/Rockport area

Great location. Nice beach nearby. Room had small kitchen and great view. Never had a mattress as hard as this one. The floor would have had the same softness. Otherwise, great. Nice area to sit outside. No elevator to second floor.

Spent a few days here and found it very pleasant, especially as we were traveling with our dog. Our room had a beautiful ocean view. It's close to a pleasant beach for walking the dog. The "breakfast" is disappointing, but everything else here is very good.

Excellent customer service. Spacious, comfortable room w/efficiency. Shower had good pressure, but a little low for anyone tall. Green friendly products and a recycle bin in the room. I was happy that the television was in a cabinet that I could close the doors and not see it, the ocean view was the entertainment of choice. I would stay again... More

Super location, great view! Rooms are spacious, clean and efficient. They probably are not new and if you come in the winter with severe weather conditions the outdated heating system may take a while to warm the room up but these are just minor setbacks when you are traveling off season and the beauty of a clear and neat sky...
