My husband and I recently moved to MA, and stayed at the Old Mill for a couple weeks, with our two children, while our house was being readied.. Wow.. Amazing atmosphere, old and antique feeling in every room of the place. The Inn Keeper and staff were very welcoming, personable and just all around awesome people to meet. We felt like...

My sister and I stayed last weekend for two nights. Apparently a former guest stayed in our room with a cat. There was cat hair everywhere and even a few kibbles on a chair. The furniture is old and in disrepair. Cob webs hung from the ceilings and lamps. The food was mediocre ( no choices offered). It had snowed...

This room had been occupied by 3 other guests since our guest with a cat had been there with one of those guests booking a return stay before check out. The room has been cleaned numerous times . There is a wing chair in that room in the corner of the room that has several pillows on it . Due...

Cute, with a rustic/historical feeling location and friendly host, but pretty dusty and cluttered with grandmother's living room-type stuff in the common space. Breakfast was unremarkable (Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, Bisquick pancakes.) Room itself was fine. No bathtub. Location was nice, but not super-close to my Pioneer Valley favorites.
Maybe a different experience in the summer?

Loved this B&B!!! Filled with character and charm. Every room is decorated with antiques, rich carpets and playful paintings. The old mill waterfall provides the picturesque setting for a perfect New England experience. The Innkeeper was delightful. When I booked he asked the most important question I believe a host could ask. He asked if we had any dietary issues....

October 14th was the day my sister and I visited the Old Mill Inn. Located by a river and at a falls, the large yellow clapboard building nestled under stately maples was picturesque and the owner added lovely touches such as a gardener's work bench, fountains, and out door furniture to complete the picture. Yes, the interior was old and...

We planned to stay two nights at the Inn but have been so disgusted by the appalling hygienic conditions that we left after the first night. We stayed at the Inn from the 17th to the 18th of October 2011 and there was dirt everywhere in the room. We found hair of two different people in the bed linen, we...

Not sure who Suzanne is that wrote the review she has never stayed here! We did have a gentleman and his poorly behaved 8 year old stay for one night. Prior to his arrival he had a problem at our towns New Englands General Store. He ordered food for lunch there. They just do soups and sandwiches there. After eating his...

This sounded like such an interesting place, but after going I really can't recommend it. You walk into a dark, musty foyer and then directly into the dining room. There are no living areas downstairs. A back staircase off the dining room takes you upstairs to a roughly finished (looks like painted blueboard) long hallway with the rooms off of...

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We had the room overlooking the falls. The room was great. The Old Mill Inn we highly reccommend.

My wife and I stayed there one night. It is definitely hidden away in a remote part of Hatfield, a small town outside of Northampton. If you go, be sure to request one of the two rooms that overlook the waterfall. The other rooms look like average rooms with no exceptional views. The owner was friendly, but a little too...
