Good location and reasonably priced. The room was not very big, but was clean and comfortable. The rooms have exterior doors so you might want to consider this before staying. There is a continental breakfast, but the day we stayed, the muffins were stale. There is free WiFi and it close to stores and restaurants. More

Nice clean rooms, widows on each side, so lots of natural light, even in the bathroom. We booked for one night and stayed for four. Even over Labor day weekend the room rates were good for Cape Cod. Excellent base for exploring the Cape. Much better than other two star rated hotels. More
