Not sure what the bad reviews are all about, but my girlfriends just stayed for the weekend for a birthday celebration and fell in love with this hotel!! The staff was sooo very friendly and I can't even say enough about the gardens....So Beautiful. Our room was on the first floor with a private patio facing the gardens. So close... More

Having read the horrible reveiws regarding this hotel , we went expecting the worst. Lucky for us, we must have gotten a renovated room. It was on the 1st floor in the back part of the hotel, a handicapped room. The room was as pictured on the website. It was clean, sparse and not disgusting, however there was a strange... More

On the roomsaver website, walk in rate was $49. Manager instead wanted to charge me $69. Blatant bait and switch. As one who travels often I avoid such establishments and go to those who appreciate my business and act honestly. More

This is what my reservation said, "Newly renovated guest room features one king size bed with one queen sleeper sofa. Harbor front rooms surround our center courtyard with outdoor pool area, Harborview Restaurant and Bar, new harbor view terrace, pergola and fire pit. These rooms are located closer to the harbor and ferry than our non-harbor front rooms." The truth... More

This hotel was so hideous we actually cut our 3 night 4 day vacation to a 1 night 2 day vacation! The rooms are so unbearably disappointing and filthy. The heater/air conditioner wall units smell so strongly of mildew they are a health hazard. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every noise in the hotel. The pool... More

Had a great night away with the family. Pool was heated and clean, room was clean and spacious. Great central location, near everything Hyannis has to offer. Fantastic off season rates, well worth the price. Courtyard area is beautiful. More

We stayed here just a few weeks ago, in October. Their renovations are great. The common areas are beautiful. There's even a fire pit. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The staff was friendly. I am quite picky about where I stay and don't have a lot of money for luxury...this place fit the bill. I would... More

We stayed here for one night and thought we d stepped back in time ! The room was very old fashioned but provided all we needed. The staff were very welcoming and the surroundings looked lovely even though it was too cold to enjoy them. It was a perfect location for the ferry but just needed an update . More

Positive - parking, clean comfortable room, location for Cape Cod, the Islands and Plimouth Plantation. Average - service, pool/jacuzzi great size but badly needs maintenance/tlc - however still very enjoyable Immediate locale in Hyannis Below average - breakfast. Expensive with few healthy options More

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never encountered any problems. The hotel is in a good location, very handy for catching the ferry to the islands. The hotel is also a short walk from the shops and several nice restaurants. Although the rooms are not 5 star quality, the beds are very comfortable, and you have... More
