This property is perfect after a day of working or leisure. The staff is caring and attentive. I would recommend staying here to any traveler. Everything was spotless and new. The staff is very well acquainted with the region, so able to direct you to local sites and restaurants. They are gracious and kind.

Stayed here before. Both times were very enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff, including cleaning staff, is very helpful. Breakfast included a good variety of food and was replenished quickly. WE had two rooms this time for two nights and would definitely go back.

The check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist gave me many recommendations for dinning as well as restaurants that offered discounts for hotel guests. My only complaint would be that the room had a strong smell of fragrance, that I am sure they would have taken care of had I asked. Overall my stay was very enjoyable.

My group was made to feel welcome upon arrival and the hotel employees were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the cookies we were given. The room was clean and comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this part of the Berkshires.
