Courteous staff. Right on the beach. Beach was covered with seaweed in early August 2012 when we rented 8 rooms while attending a wedding locally. BathTowels were from the 50's also. Just checked in and all I can say Is NOT impressed at all!!! This Motel is more like something you would expect in the Norman Bates Movie!!! NO Thrills at all decor is so outdated. Great location...old style cape motor inn on the beach. If looking for Holiday Inn updated type hotel...you will be disappointed. The price was great and the view and ocean breeze priceless. Super place to be out side P-town activities yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We will return!

A room I booked online was double booked, and the staff was rigid and unaccomodating in making alternate arrangments. I would not try to book here again.
