i spent $170 on room #1 and i walked in it smelled really bad the floored was caved in the cleaning was horrible there where peoples hair on the sink the towels where stained the blankets had hair and smelled i wasnt even there for 2 hours when i went to lay down the ceiling started leaking onto the bed...

Just had to write a review, recently I was there and boy has this place changed. Its under new management and almost all the rooms have been renovated and upgraded. The manager also informed me that the name will be changing to the Newbury St Inn very soon !!! Yes, a couple of the rooms still have the heart shape...
