Guests can relax on the terrace and enjoy the harbor's breezes at this gay-friendly guesthouse.Part of the appeal of the Victoria House is the quirky antiquity of unusually shaped rooms, each spotless and well kept. The rooms' decor is tasteful, and each has a flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning (in season), mini refigerators, individally framed unique photography of Provincetown's views. The six European-style rooms sharing two large common baths are located on the 2nd floor, and 4 rooms offering private bathrooms on the first floor.In July and August a continental breakfast is served daily outdoors on the patio. As well, there are many restaurants, including The Lobster Pot and The Mews are a 5 minute walk from Victoria House. The Victoria House is outstanding--well appointed and affordable. The B and B was charming and meticulously maintained. It is also very convenient to the heart of Provincetown. The manager (Jim) was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. I will return to Victoria House and encourage anyone to reserve this "gem."

Affordable and lovely little B&B with charm and character the backyard was a lovely backdrop for breakfast and coffee We only stayed one night but it was perfect ... hositality charm and location ++++ thanks for making our first visit to PTown a wonderful one! I would highly reccommend to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway

I stayed at the Victoria House over Labor Day and have stayed there many times before. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and right off the ferry pier. The house is lovely and the rooms are small, but charming. Very nice breakfast in the garden.

We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Our room, number 1, was comfortably large and well appointed. The location can't be beat, just steps from the Ferry and half a block of Commerce Street. The place is clean and surprisingly quie given the location. Jim, the manager, is a pleasure. Highly recommend.
