We were there last summer for the Swim For Life benefit in early September and decided to stay here at The Black Pearl Inn since they allowed us to bring our new puppy, Boomer. I was actually surprised to see that not many places allow dogs seeing the P-Town is full of them. Anyway, Guy and Luis were awesome hosts... More

Once again, a big Thank you to Luis and Guy, we had a wonderful time in Provincetown for Halloween weekend. This time we brought the dog and our sister and had a wonderful time. We always stay in the Ginger Bread cottage which is very nice and private. Our sister had the Lulwater room and enjoyed the deck and being... More

The owners went above and beyond to help me. My room was way cool! It is in a great location. More

Guy and Luis are very accommodating hosts, and the location is very convenient, but the room was in major need of an update. Every door that we opened hit a piece of furniture. The room was very poorly laid out and difficult to get around in. The bed was not very comfortable and in dire need of new sheets. The... More

We stayed in the gingerbread cottage this fall 2011. We were really let down. We have stayed at about 8 different places in ptown and this was the worst experience. The inn keepers were very nice but they take no pride in their business. The cottage was extremely small and just awkward to move around with a rocking chair in... More

We are very disappointed at this review the guests were asked on many occasions how there stay is and we got the same answer good. Fortunately for us most of our reviews are good and we take pride in knowing that. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to address and resolve your concerns while you were here... More

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at this inn. We were welcomed and then left alone for our retreat away from it all. We had a nice, private room that was full of windows to let in the amazing light that is signature in Provincetown. We got to meet the dogs on the property that were well-behaved, enjoyed... More

What a delightful getaway! The pictures posted are very accurate, the location to all the places we ate & shopped was exceptional, not to mention- super clean rooms, inn keepers who felt like family ( the kind of family you look forward to visiting) and parking ( something very scarce in Provincetown). This was a perfect fit for our needs and... More

These guys have thrown together a bunch of smallish rooms and impractical "suites" (which just means there are two impossible small rooms instead of one), in a couple of old houses, provide an awful "breakfast" and called it a charming B&B. It is anything but.. Shoddy, uninterested and perfunctory service at prices fetched at much nicer places really define the... More

It's quite fascinating how people can have such different opinions of something and just goes to prove the old saying 'you can't please all the people all the time' - if only we could! We did not hear from you during your stay otherwise we would take necessary actions to make your experience with us more satisfactory. It is unfortunate... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Black Pearl Inn during our trip to Provincetown. After researching possible bed and breakfasts, we decided to book the Black Pearl beacuse it had a good combination of low cost (low for peak season in P-town, anyway), a central location, and a number of good reviews. We were not disappointed. The inn itself... More

Guy is the greatest. He could not be more accommodating or welcoming. The facility was clean, well-kept, ideally located, and best of all, dog-friendly!! :-) We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again! More
