I just stayed for an extended weekend, and everything was excellent. The room was great, the staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely return! More

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were excellent - clean and nicely decorated. Our room did have a refrigerator in it - which to me is always a bonus. Our room was in the building where you register. This was fine, however, if I were to stay there again, would probably try another... More

This was my first experience at the brass key and I would like to say it was one of my best. The staff and facilities were FIVE STAR all the way. I do look forward to my next visit, real soon, give them a visit you won't be sorry More

I've stayed at the Brass Key for over 10 years. It is not what it used to be. Unfortunately we were given what is probably the worst room in the house. They fool me once but they lost a good customer in the long run. Our room was in the basement. Right below their main suite. We felt like the... More

I am so sorry you were not pleased with your stay. We are sorry you did not care for your room, perhaps if you give us a chance again you can select something different as all the rooms are visible on the web site for you to review and select. It is also hard for us to control what level... More

The Brass Key has been one of our favorite vacation destinations for 12 years. With the addition of Wine Lover's Weekend it is a wonderful excuse to visit for a long weekend in April. The staff is warm and welcoming and always available if and when you have a question or a concern. The presentation of wines, the five course... More

I love the Brass Key. It's like being on vacation with your best friends every day. From breakfast in the Queen Anne, warm cookies and coffee on the patio in the afternoon, wine and cheese at the Captain's House, a drink at the Shipwreak and then the luxury of a warm, well-appointed, beautiful room, everything works together with perfection. The... More

The Brass Key Guesthouse is as charming as its' owner! We arrived in Provincetown without a reservation in the early evening and chose this lovely guesthouse on a whim. What a good choice! The host was warm and welcoming and immediately took great care of us. The property itself is quite unique....several different buildings, all sharing a common courtyard with... More

Not only beautiful view but the staff was very friendly! The pool and jacuzzi was a added benefit-having a poolside drink after a long day of walking the strip was fabulous! Although not cheap the accomodations were luxurious. We were very close to the strip but far enough to relax especially on the rooftop!! The room we stood in was... More

Recently stayed in penthouse suite. Wasn't cheap, but the view was stupendous. Worth the extra price. Literally a wall of windows overlooking unobstructed harbor views. Views from every single room, plus a private deck with the same views. Half the weekend I just sat, drink in hand, watching the sunset or sunrise or activity on the water. I will try... More

This is a perfect place to stay while in Provincetown. The hotel is beautiful, our room was immaculate, breakfast was fabulous. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of all the action on Commercial street. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was great. We can't wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone. More
