This was our first visit to Provincetown and we couldn't be happier about Carriage House. Lovely, centrally located Inn tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Our room had a private patio and bath. Multiple decks allowed for more than one spot to relax. Breakfast was delicious with homemade waffles, fresh fruit and fruit juices, etc. The innkeeper was charming and very... More

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Ptown at least twice a year for the past five years. We have stayed at many places including the Crown and Anchor, The Boatslip, and the Harbor Hotel. None of these places can compare to the Carriage House. We stayed for New Year celebrations for three nights from 2011 into 2012. The... More

Back to P-town for our annual visit. We love the location-just off Commecial St so we don't get the noise from the crowds, but so close to the center of town. Angus is a wondeful host, and as always, the breakfast was outstanding. We always find the other guests staying there to be very interesting and friendly-many from Europe. More

My husband and I stayed one night at the Carriage House in the Deluxe 6, upstairs corner room. The inn was amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Angus greeted us and was helpful in suggesting a place to eat (the Lobster Pot which I would also suggest and have the white chocolate bread pudding!) and his breakfast was good with... More

Last minute booking for a long weekend, and Carriage House looked good and was available. Was even better than we expected. Angus greeted and familiarized us with the place. Complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and tea were nice touches. Our room was nicely sized and very, very clean. Breakfast was one of the best parts of the weekend, as the food... More

My partner and I came to P-town mid week of mid-September of 2011 and booked our accommodations very last minute. The inn-keeper, Angus, was friendly and helpful through our whole experience. His breakfasts were excellent. Very good quiche and waffles, plus pastries and fresh fruit. Great coffee and sodas were available all day. The room (a very reasonable $135 a... More

Right off commercial street close to everything. Walking distance to everything! Great rooms with all you need. Only con I can think of was that you can hear the guests walking above you! Overall a great experience!!! More

The pros- excellent location just off Commercial St but very quiet, nice common areas and breakfast deck, well appointed room with Molton Brown products. Angus is an easygoing, accommodating host, umbrellas and towels for the beach available free of charge. Very competitive prices for this time of year and we booked extremely last minute. The rooms were kept immaculate. The... More

Spent one lovely night here. The accommodations were outstanding, ambiance fabulous, and homemade breakfast delicious. I am grading it 4 instead of 5 because parking was kind of difficult, tight and sparse - but this is certainly typical of Provincetown. Charming, narrow streets have their disadvantages. Highly recommended. More

I have stayed at several other hotels in ptown and the carriage is by far the best. The room was excellent, great bedding, and very clean. My room had AC, TV, DVD player, and a radio you can use with ipod/iphone. The morning breakfast was always good and made it easy to quickly get to the beach. The outside areas... More
