We found the Emerson Inn by the Sea a delightful place to stay. Given that's it's about 160 years old, you don't have great sound insulation, but that was minor. We stayed at the Inn Sunday-Tuesday in February. The room was clean, bright and comfortable and the view of the ocean was beautiful.
