Second visit to this classic motel and impressed with the very clean and comfortable accommodations. The free WiFi and flat screen TV are modern needs, but the good sized rooms with a cozy decor provide a nice balance. Outdoor picnic area and breakfast selection are a nice benefit. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, as is the Williams College campus.... More

I don't usually stay at one- and two-star hotels. It's not that I care so much about the amenities, but too many budget spots are run down, musty, and poorly-maintained. The Willows Motel is certainly not modern, but it is well-run and well-maintained. Clean carpeting, clean, firm beds, small but clean bathroom, and a couple working the front desk who... More

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review of your visit to the WILLOWS MOTEL. It is one of our goals to provide a Motel experience equal to that of the Berkshire's world class cultural attractions that you have described so beautifully. Our proximity to the Clark Art Institute, Williamstown Theater Festival and MassMOCA is a... More

Good value for the money. Landed here during a whirlwind tour of NE colleges, and was perfectly satisfied. The Willows is not a posh lodge, but a traditional motel--you park right in front of your room--and the look and feel are charmingly 1950's. If you're up for a stroll, the Willows is reasonably close to Williams College and the heart... More

$55 per night so we didn't expect much especially after we registered the old fashioned way by completing our registration in pen! We then received our room key... Yup you guessed it, a real key on a key chain that has our room number and the old "if found drop in any mailbox and postage will be paid". The room... More

Not a lot of choices for hotels in Williamstown. Decent price/value. Didn't try the breakfast in the morning as it was limited and located right next door to the reception desk. (And there's always Dunkin' Donuts down the street...) Wifi in the room worked great, and was welcome. I have always enjoyed staying in independent motels; you get some great... More

The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple, but clean and inviting. There were complimentary chips and water waiting for us in the room, and free candy in the office. The continental breakfast had good selections of bread, bagels, cereals, and rolls. All the basic cable channels were offered on the television, there was a microwave and... More

This was a very fine place to stay and our host was very helpful....and generous. We had an ample breakfast by "continental standards"...much better than many motels offer. The setting was very cozy, as it was all decorated for the Autumn season and it made us feel more at home, away from home. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. More

Room was great...huge, and clean. Room was on second floor so be prepared to haul your bags up the stairs. More

This is a cozy and cute place. Small, quiet, and centrally located. The beds were firm and comfortable. The lackof water pressure in the shower was the only negative. The office is in a cute white New England-style house, decorated to the hilt with autumn colors. There was an abundance of snacks offered for the continental breakfast. I'd stay here... More

The Willows Motel came to our aid. We were staying in a very nasty place & I called the Willows to see if they could accomodate us. Not only did they accomodate us the price was reasonable. The room was very clean, comfortable and quaint. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant. We would definitely stay at the Willows again.... More
