Overall the hotel fair...the front desk staff seems disorganized and not very friendly or concerned with guest needs. Very warm and stuff in the main event area where we had our meetings and reception.

This hotel has extremely friendly staff. The attention to detail was much appreciated. I have a feather allergy and the hotel had de-feathered my room upon arrival; a point often overlooked at other hotels even though it is in my profile. Parking was easy and both covered and outside options available. Good concierge area.

Very nice hotel for f.olks not wanting to stay at expensive Boston hotels. Perfect for Tufts parents. Easy access (10 minutes) to downtown Boston (with no traffic). I've stayed here 25 times and like it a lot. Can compete with weddings or other large-group events
