We needed a room for 2 adults and 2 teens. This room filled that need fairly well. Whirlpool tub in the main bedroom, nicely sized overall. Kids complained that the pull-out bed was very uncomfortable - the mattress only looked to be 3 inches thick. Next time we'll get a rollaway.
