This is not a place for someone who cannot walk stairs. The only way in without steps is thru the back. The shower is a stall shower. I had to ask for breakfast. They brought me a prepackaged muffins. Definitely not very good in understanding English. There were cobwebs in the corners. The bath math had black spots on it.... More

We arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon to Police cars in the parking lot. I ask at the desk what was going on, the clerk had very little english skills other then $44.00 for the room, not sure what it was all about. I also asked the clerk where the Arena was, he did not know of any Arena. As... More

If you are looking for a place to spend the night for business, going to the casino or a show at the arena the price is reasonable for the area. The rooms are clean and have been update with flat screen tv's, atleast in the rooms I've been in. They have replaced the carpet, which it needed, in the rooms... More

We had reservation there, but when we drove by we decided to cancel. The looks on the outside was horrible. The neighbor hood felt unsafe. The steady transaction we saw in parking lot said two female should not go in. I'm not sure if we would have with a male was with us. After ready review afterward we where glad... More

Everything that every review says here I believe. Much of what is written about the experience I can attest to as being accurate. One of the main problems, and it's a delicate one, has to do with the staff and their way of interacting with their guests (or rather, not interacting) and the attitude displayed to them. It seems to... More

Horrid. I got there and the carpeting in the hall on the way in should have warned me as it was black with grime. looking like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The "pool" was more like an old pit with green slime and disgusting water in the bottom, paint peeling off of it. My room was barely liveable, the... More

This by far is the most disgusting hotel that I have stayed at. We arrived on Thursday April 26th, 2012 to check in. Ground floor room 112. The exterior of the hotel was run down, the pool was permanently closed, not that I wanted to swim in a pond anyway. The room was plain and outdated. I could see crack... More

My son was competing at the Kellogg Arena so we chose this hotel that was close by. What a big mistake we made. This hotel was so gross. There was no heat in our room other than a small floor heater that never got our room above 50 degrees. We had reservations ahead of time - they could have turned... More

We had to make a medical family emergency trip at the last minute. We were trying to stay close to the hospital, which is why we chose this location. We booked this room thru Choice Hotels since we had a discount program with our auto insurance company. After driving 14 hrs., a short visit at the hospital, and being late... More
