Filthy carpet, disgusting grout in the bathroom, half the lights don't work, marginal air conditioning, cheap mattress, very small pool, dated decor. Do yourself a favor and book the Holiday Inn for Birch Run.

Great place to stay. Shopping breakfast and great service. Room is clean and updated. Manager is very friendly and eager to make your stay pleasant. Area is nice and many things to do. We stayed here for 5 nights April 14th-18th/2013 for Outlet Mall shopping (Right accross the street) & antique shopping in the area. Same great accomodation as in years past! Quiet, clean.
