the bed was cozy and the location is good (not too close to downtown but not too far). The only problem was that the windows in second floor that not heading to the street are noisy because of air condition engines. More

I went to this place for what was supposed to be just a nice weekend getaway, turned out to be a disaster from hell! I checked in on a Friday in a "King Premium" room, do not let the title of the room fool you! The hotel did not have its air on so it was miserably hot! The fans... More

like the fact that you can go any where you want in the city.the room where nice and clean too. The only bad thing i notice was there was no breakfist in the hotel lobby. Other than that it's a great place to see the city. Area recommendations Every thing to do with the city. Because there is a lot... More

Stayed at the Hotel St. Regis a few months ago, and was honestly tempted to leave if it weren't for the fear of what may be found on the other side of the door when leaving. First room we were assigned to had a very strong smoke smell, and was dirty, second room was adjoining to the strangers next door... More

This is a decent hotel, far from the action. That might appeal to some people. The room was in decent shape, although I could have done without the cigarette holes on the comforter. I loved that there was both a DVD player and a an iPod charger in the room. The view wasn't much to speak of. The staff was... More

You can tell that this hotel was once beatiful but is now outdated. The rooms were clean and it wasn't a bad place to stay for a night, but overall it wasn't worth the money. The rooms were HOT and the AC/Heat didn't work, the Continental breakfast was really bad and for some reason when I was there the fire... More

We stayed here when we went to Detroit for a concert. The desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean and really nice. We really enjoyed the upscale style with an affordable price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown Detroit area. I read some reviews that said the hotel was in a bad... More

I just got back from my trip to Detroit and I had stayed at Hotel St. Regis for 1 night. Thankfully it was just one night. The hotel is quite an old architecture and is located in a neighborhood that appears to be quite shady. I arrived on a Sunday and found the neighborhood to be deserted. Although the hotel... More
