The Hilton Grand Rapids Airport is so-so. The facility is somewhat dated, but it is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There were buckets in the hallway near the lobby to accommodate a leaky roof. The electronic key system needs a major overhaul.

love staying at the Hilton and affiliates. great dining places within the vicinity. bed was softer, usually prefer firm, but was supper comfy! the interior is inviting and well decorated. love internet access. 1/2 off on appetizers after 11pm.

Fantastic experience in Grand Rapids staying here during Festival. Pool, sauna, workout room, breakfast at inexpensive rate....also has a first class restaurant that is a long standing reputation in Grand Rapids 2 miles from the airport with a shuttle and only 10 minute to downtown.

Overall the hotel offers a good experience for the price. However, beware that the heating and cooling units can be noisy. The staff will make you feel welcome and will help to make your stay comfortable. One of the Bartenders was knowledgeable about the wines offered and made a couple of suggestions that were quite tasty.

The keys did not work many times. The hallway smell was horrible. The bathroom had rusty parts. All TV channels went out Saturday night. Staff did not even apologize, when we told them. This hotel does not deserve Hilton name.

This property was built in 1979 (renovated in 2008) and is really starting to feel it's age. It is not a total mess but it certainly is not one of Hilton's finest full-service properties. 2 small issues, air conditioning unit was froze over so it left for a stuffy and hot nights sleep. The arm chair in the room had a soiled seat cushion from a previous guest that obviously was not wearing anything and needed to practice personal hygiene. we were only here for an overnight visit for a wedding and didn't not... I travel a lot around the country for business and this hotel was an exception to the norm in the Hilton chain. The staff was excellent and everything about this hotel just shined. I am very impressed and look forward to staying here again.
