We had a room with king bed and we had no problems or complaints at all. The room had a refrigerator & microwave. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There's a Brann's restaurant right next door which was nice. Overall a wonderful night's stay.

We visited Grand Rapids for 2 nights during the first weekend in March 2012. The Best Western is located next to a freeway offramp, but we were in the east wing facing another hotel, so we never heard traffic or guests in other rooms. Traffic in the hallway was easy to hear through the door.
