This trip was for business, and we found this hotel very friendly and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We didn't initially book this hotel, but were put into it because of local flooding. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Good location for walkable restaurants. Only 15 mins from Devos place . Construction on 28th st. A pain. Comfy beds. Great service , put breakfast out 1 hour early for team. Bathrooms have all been remodeled recently. Very clean didn't notice any dirt or dust bunnies. Pool and hot tub looked clean but I didn't have time to use facilities.

I only stayed one night at this hotel, but I was very impressed with my stay. I had to call the hotel a few times before my stay, and every time I called, they were always very polite and very helpful. We had the luck of staying the two nights that a family reunion was going on so the main room was over-run with loud and rude people (the staff didn't do anything about it). We had a nice experience here. Even though we arrived late, the desk manager was very nice and told us about the art fair going on downtown. The price was very reasonable and the rooms were comfortable. The food was as advertised, a continental breakfast.

No brochures on Gerald ford museum even though the site is only 15 minutes away from the hotel. Food was mediocre. Location was in poor section. Bad Internet service. Beds were uncomfortable. I would never stay at another Fairfield Marriott after this experience.
