Needed a place to stay w/in short drive of Holland MI on a busy weekend at Hope College. Price was right and the room was OK. Could use updating but it was clean and fairly comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a nice bonus and while close to the freeway, the room was quiet. Close to shopping and other conveniences.

What a welcomed experience to find a nice hotel that turned out to be less expensive than most. The rooms were nice, new and clean. They make it look easy including the free breakfast featuring real scrambled eggs.

This Comfort Suites needs updating, and the staff seems to reflect the condition of the property. The eating area was clean, but the rest of the hotel was not. We booked this room only four days before a weekend trip to Saugatuck. Everything in Saugatuck or Holland was booked or crazy expensive, so we decided the extra drive was worth saving $300. We stayed there over Memorial Day Weekend. Very clean. Excellent Staff, very courteous. The best breakfast ever.

Rooms and hallways need an upgrade. Stairwell (inside) not heated, very chilly when leaving the pool as our stay was in the winter. Breakfast provided, but not that great and not replenished well.

We recently stayed here with my son's robotics team for 2 nights. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. We were with a group of swimmers this week / weekend for conference champs. We spent three nights at this hotel and two out of the three mornings we did not have any hot water! We were not happy with our stay at all. The hotel was probably close to sold out if not sold out. Many rooms were occupied with swimmers competing at Conference Championships. Most do not take showers in the morning. So the fact that the hotel was full should be no reason for a hotel to run out of hot water.... More
