We have been visiting this hotel for 12 years while our two sons attended Michigan Tech. We love the hotel, the service is great, it's clean and the location is perfect. My only complaint is that we were not entitled to any reduced rate for any of the many occassions we were there. More

With the wall heater kicking in every 30-45 minutes, a musty room and an uncomfortable bed, probably one of the worst night of sleep I've had. I came to town for the Mich Tech career fair, so rooms fill up fast. For the price (about $100/night) you can find a better hotel than this. More

We stayed here for 2 nights during an ATV trip to Copper Harbor. The main trail runs right by the hotel. This is a very picturesque location, right by the bridge and facing the waterfront. Pros: great setting, great bedding (pillows, stay-put sheets, no icky bedspread), big soft white towels, helpful front desk staff, quiet rooms---didn't hear neighbors.
