“Good time, great rooms”

Our association held an event at the Dutch Village close by and this was our main hotel. We had about 20 rooms and I only heard of one problem that was handled immediately by the staff. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were one of two large groups they accomodated that weekend and all went well.

Lugged bags into hotel; told no elevator; room changed to 1st flr. Cool. Snow/ice build up @ door entries. Need to "salt"/shovel to prevent people slips/falling. Around 9:30 pm, sink clogged. Call front desk who would bring plunger. 11:30 pm called again b/c never received plunger. Finally got plunger, which didn't unclog sink. We woke to use toilet & prep... More

The Country Inn and Suites is very pretty on the outside and well maintained. The rooms are also clean and attractive. The beds were very comfortable. “Not as good as other Country Inns we've stayed at”
