I had a terrific time in Holland! The staff (specially Dave) is nice, helpful and give great recommendations. They are also willing to accommodate based on (family) needs. The rooms were nice, clean and cozy but nothing fancy. Per my understanding, there are renovations going on here, including suites. Overall, I had an awesome stay here.
