My daughter an I took a last minute skiing trip to Big Powderhorn and stayed here. The room was very clean and the price reasonable. We enjoyed the breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly. We will stay here again next year.

A real nice hotel with a very good breakfast with hot waffles. Check in was smooth and very easy in and out. Room and hotel were clean and well cared for. Beds were a bit on the springy side but all in all the hotel was very nice and a decent value.

Rooms are ok. Breakfast is average for this sort of hotel. However, front desk staff are quite helpful and friendly. The weekend appetizers at 5 were a real surprise, and even included fish chowder! Room rates (at peak ski season, though) are a bit steep. They take dogs.

Everything was great...the staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was delicious, the afternoon snacks were very unexpected, the kids had a blast in the pool, & room was very clean!!! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

You can expect the front desk staff to call you after you check-in. They will ask if the room is to your liking, does it meet your needs, and if there is anything they can do for you. Check in/out is always painless, the rooms are very quiet and always clean, and hotel is equally clean and well kept. While the inn was clean, comfortable, and had great ammenities (pool, whirlpool, sauna, FULL breakfast, etc), the wonderful staff puts this place over the top! Would recommend ANYone stay here! We ski in the U.P. several times a year and Americinn Ironwood is the only hotel We'll stay at. Management is excellent, staff is fun, facility is always clean and maintained, food is always fresh and delicious. Best hotel in the area by far!!!
