I enjoyed my stay at the Ludington Pier House. The location was unbeatable: just a short walk to the beach and also close to downtown. Parking was ample. The place was clean and quiet. The front office people were nice. It did have a refrigerator and microwave in it.

My stay at the Pier House was excellent! The staff there was courteous, timely, and very professional; especially the front office gal Rachel. :) The rooms there are neat and clean and It's located very close to all the great things to do in Ludington.

Nice clean place with no special ammenities. No Breakfast, no pool past 9 pm or before 10 am. TV was a '19" inch old TV. Very straight up…no frills but a solid place to stay that has a pool with restricted hours.
