My husband and I came here to celebrate our 1st anniversary and it was great! Nice staff, excellent food, beautiful house and great location! We loved the Brigadoon! It is beautiful, quiet, and perfectly located. The breakfasts were gourmet quality, and the afternoon snacks, and evening desserts were always a special treat. The staff is friendly and eager to be helpful. The Brigadoon is a bit pricey, but it was absolutely worth the splurge.

The rooms are large and clean. We had a large suite with large bathroom. Staff are exceptional! They were very friendly, but not intrusive. They served a good breakfast and wonderful dessert in the evening.

I stayed in Rm 301 and paid a premium rate. The house itself is beautiful. It is large and very visually appealing. When pulling up the first thing we saw was a worker outside wearing very tattered clothing, so it wasn't a great first impression.
