I stayed at Ramada as a part of Samsung's training program. I can say I wad surprised when i checked in and the staff knew english well. The staff is very kind, helpful, available and helpful. The food is good and (at least at breakfast) the choice is broad. Although i hadn't time to vist the sauna, that's a plus.... More

I had a great 2 week stay at Ramada plaza. The staff was courteous and helpful. I can't think of one detail to complain of - everything was great. Very kind and helpful staff, FANTASTIC breakfast buffet, excellent spa and gym. . Rooms are excellent, bright, clean, spacious and good view. Pillows and beds are just right. Free water is provided every day. “Willing staff, and a completely adequate hotel if you have to be in Suwon”

We were in town for a few days and rather than travel each day from Seoul, we decided to stay at the Ramada, and it saved us a lot of time. There are not a lot of food options in the area, but between the Chinese restaurant (very good) and the Italian (good) we didn't really have a problem.
