The hotel is located in a typical village.
Some rooms with a very nice view on pool and village.
The welcome is not that warm and food is not worth 2 "macarons" .

We had a good experience at Le Castellas. With larger rooms, I could see it getting a four-star rating.
There are complaints in these reviews about dark rooms, but ours was bright enough. We had a large private terrace, which helped. No view from the terrace, and just a very basic table and chair set, but it was a nice...

We stayed one night at the Hostellerie on the way to visit some friends in Uzes close by. I had no idea that the restaurant had two Michelin stars at the time we checked in. We had made reservations for dinner, but as we arrived at noon we decided to have lunch as well as we couldn't find anywhere else...

This place was charming, the food was off the charts! It is a close drive to many great day adventures, including the kayaking under the Point Du Gard. Would go back again!

My wife and I stayed at the Hostellerie Le Castellas for two nights in early April. The town of Collias was a little shabby but this hotel and its restaurant were absolutely superb. We were given an upgraded room and all of our baggage was cheerfully carried to our third floor suite. The room had nice views of the town...

This small, family-run hotel hosted us and two friends for two nights of our walking holiday. The whole experience was great. A combination of a comfortable room, a small and cosy but friendly atmosphere with very professional service, and the charm and quality of its Michelin-starred restaurant, all combined to make this a very special place to stay. Each bedroom...

We only stayed here for one night but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food is out of this world. I’m under the impression that it's a Michelin star restaurant but I can't confirm that. Even if it does not have a star, it certainly deserves one. An exquisite 8 course meal and attentive service made this a very special...

My wife and I liked the hotel , its ambiance and our bedroom but all this pales into insignificance as the Big 31st December New Year's Eve dinner turned into a nightmare!
We were really looking forward to it ; it was going to be a gastronomic delight .
It was to be 12 courses and each one was very...

We stayed here one night in September with my boyfriend. The hotel has a great little inner courtyard and is in a lovely quiet village not far from Pont du Gard. We wish we had another room though a we found ours to be dark and not well laid out and had some other problems.
The bathroom needed some remodeling...
