“Very nice setting and quiet hotel”

Very kind service, huge room and located next to a gorgeous beach. Set into the forest side of Noirmoutier, it is not very close to the center of town but next to a great beach with 2 restaurants. The only strange thing was the plastic lawn, bright green in between the small constructions with the rooms. More

This hotel is in a really nice area of Noirmoutier - the Bois de Chaise - near a wonderful beach (the Plage des Dames), but it is a long walk to the centre of the main town. There are only 2 places to eat nearby, both OK but no more. The hotel restaurant is smart but pretty dull. The room... More

My partner and I saw the picture of this hotel in a guide book, advertising Hotels that guarantee silence...and this place lived up to that slogan. We stayed at Les Prateaux for a couple of nights, it's a "Relais Silence" and very quiet indeed. It's situated just outside Noirmoutier and the beach is only 100m away.
