I have had some bad experiences with Residence Inn last year so I was not sure what to expect from this hotel...the good...excellent customer service...excellent room with adequate heat...excellent breakfast...the bad...I still don’t understand why Residence Inn does not allow you to control the heat so that you can at least be warm in your $100+/night hotel room.

Stayed at this location again. I am a platinum premier member at Marriott. They have improved since my last stay and the staff is acting on issues that may arise. I am now going to use this property whenever I need to be in the area.

Awesome hotel with a great staff. Room was large and very clean. Pool was terrific and the hot tub was HOT!! Morning breakfast buffet was really good with a terrific selection. This was our second visit to this property and was better than the first.
