Everything is on the cheap! With the hotel almost empty they. Assigned us to face the parking lot instead of the lake. Then they lock the hot tub down so it hardly works. We stay here every time we head to Mac. Island. We love this hotel as it has a wonderful continental breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location. The rooms were fairly clean. The breakfast included was great. The location was close to the ferries over to Mackinaw island. It was on the water, but the beach was not very nice. It was rocky and lots and lots of geese, ducks and droppings.
