new towels left unfolded by sink, not on racks, no washcloths or hand towels, didn't clean shower or toilet, key stopped working every day, water was brown when initially turned on, filthy carpet, had to switch rooms from a 'non-smoking' room that made my eyes water, no iron or ironing board, ridiculous 'breakfast' - had to go out for breakfast...
