Really appreciated all the help from your staff - especially Becky. She was terrific and always had a smile and willing to help. We were there for my husband's visit to the hospital. “A/c unit sounds like a passing plane”

This would easily be a four-star rating but for the decibel-invasion of the a/c unit in the bedroom, which sounded like a plane taking off every time it kicked in. Thank you for letting us know the a/c unit in room 212 was loud. It has been fixed. This is the time of year we switch from heating to cooling the hotel and we appreciate you letting us know there was an issue.
