We stayed three nights to attend a family event in the area. Our room, with king-sized bed, whirlpool tub, and roomy bathroom, was cleaned exceptionally well each day. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. This is a non-smoking hotel. More

This place is most definitely a renamed Country Inn & Suites by Carlson which you can tell by the exterior look and rustic feel to the front lobby area. It eally depends on who's at the front desk as far as service is concerned. Spent a whole week here and they would not allow the use of their computer printer to printout a boarding pass. Made things very inconvenient. It wasn't like they were that busy either. More

No fruit or yogurt. VERY basic with limited choices which are NOT in line with price paid for room. No microwave available for breakfast guest; take to front desk and have them heat food. No elevators and no help to take luggage to 2nd floor. No shampoo, lotion in room. Soap available through dispenser on wall. More
