My family stayed here two nights this past weekend. This remains a great place, to stay; clean, quiet, friendly. The rooms and pool area are in top shape. It was very warm during our stay, and the air conditioner was up to the challenge. Breakfast was adequate. The only drawback is that the beds are a little stiff.

This 'was' a Country Inn & Suites, but is no longer affiliated with them. However the only thing different is I didn't get Carlson points for staying. Previously, I had stayed here when it was a Carlson property. It has remained pretty much the same as I remembered it even though it no longer is a "chain" motel. I did only spend one evening. We stayed three nights to attend a family event in the area. Our room, with king-sized bed, whirlpool tub, and roomy bathroom, was cleaned exceptionally well each day. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. This is a non-smoking hotel.

This place is most definitely a renamed Country Inn & Suites by Carlson which you can tell by the exterior look and rustic feel to the front lobby area.
