Beware of old smoking rooms. The hotel is now has all non smoking rooms. BUT the old rooms that were smoking rooms STILL SMELL LIKE SMOKE. They are willing to move you around though. They have no restaurant on site. No room for semi trucks too.

Clean quiet rooms. Clean bathrooms. Stayed one night and slept exceptionally well. Front desk staff while not gruff really not friendly. Breakfast is simple but good. Very good coffee. There were four of us and we had 2 rooms, both rooms were very nice.

Service and breakfast were great but the rooms while clean are dated. However this is as nice as it gets for this area. Pool and hot tub area looked nice but we didn't have any time to use it. This property is a basic stop over.

Great for business travel or long extended stays. Internet connection was steady and strong. Good laundry facilities. Walkable distance to decent restaurants and a large walmart also useful. My husband and I stay at the AmericInn in Little Falls often -- and we have yet to be disappointed about anything. Sarah and her staff are courteous and accommodating; rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. When the staff is friendly to each other it rubs off on the guests -- you will feel welcome!
