Maybe it's the fact it's in Minnesota, but every employee I came in contact with at this hotel was as friendly and polite as I have ever encountered, What a refreshing change from most hotels! Hotel was an excellent value. Room and bathroom were clean, updated, and in excellent conditions. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. I would definely recommend it.

“Close to entertainment !”

We stayed here last weekend since we have daughters at the college we got a great parent rate! Customer service was average nothing special, room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed. We love coffee and the brand of choice for the hotel was not so great. Overall we would choose this hotel over others in town.

This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure visit. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is located in the Downtown area, walking distance of restaurants, shops and stores.

We live in town and have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn many times, usually just for convenience if we had a wedding at the Verizon Wireless Center. “Best place to stay in Mankato”

I love Mankato because of the Betsy-Tacy connection and have stayed in several other hotels when visiting. This time I was there on business and my company booked the Hilton. I was so impressed. Lovely decor and excellent food from the Olives Restaurant. Very nice breakfast special as well. I will stay there again!

“stupidity”

just stupid you don't know someone is stuck in an elevator for one half hour to 45minutes till someone sounds the fire alarm for help and wakes up everyone that's sleeping or whatever and makes them evacuate the hotel for a half hour to 45 minutes more

Great hotel with a fantastic restaurant, Olives, and helpful staff. I would always stay in this hotel when in the area. I love the hitlon Garden in chain of hotels, and this hotel is a class above the normal HGI due to the high quality restaurant.

“Very nice hotel, just a bad location”

It's unfortunate that this hotel is adjacent to train tracks with many trains travelling by. The trains cause the building to shake. Otherwise, this was a nice, modern, clean and professionally run HGI.
