I will admit, I was a bit nervous to stay here after reading the reviews, but our hockey team had a block of rooms set up....and I have to say, everything was great! Rooms were nice and clean, the pool was fun for the little kids, and the location was great. Breakfast in the morning was also very good, especially... More

Thank you so much for choosing the Ramada as the place to stay for your hockey team. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our hotel and the facilities and appreciate your positive feedback. In the last couple years, our new owner has made many renovations to the entire property and continues to do so. Again, I appreciate your... More

This was the single worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was no elevator (how is that even possible?) so I had to lug an enormous suitcase up the stairs. There were leaky pipes in the hall and I assume they were being repaired because there were lots of tools and things strewn about the hallway - but I never... More

We stayed here with my 2 kids and the enjoyed the pool. There is a large sitting area outside the pool and many local people hold birthday parties here so it can get a little loud. Also it appears that college kids come and hang out and drink. We didn't have a problem but they were playing beer pong and... More

I was traveling for business. I had a colleague that I was going to share a room with. I made sure we had two double beds. I had a confirmation number. When I checked in they gave me a room with one king size bed. I approached the front desk about it and I was told they overbooked. When I... More

We stayed for our sons birthday party. The hotel was decent except the pool/lounge area was FREEZING. My sons lips were BLUE when we were out there. Spoke with other guests who said it was a chronic problem. The whole group we were with and another group we spoke with all used our comment cards to express our disgust plus... More

We agree with the previous reviewer about Fox news and are not their biggest fans either, but the rooms were pretty nice-- at least the renovated one that we occupied was. Comfortable beds that passed the bedbug inspection, new carpet, new bathroom counter tops and sink, nice tub and clean throughout. We had booked the hotel for two nights, but... More

This hotel is old, cold, and impersonal. The front desk staff don't seem to care much about you. We stayed three days, and our room was not cleaned on the second day. We had a "Do Not Disturb" sign" on the door until 11 am; the cleaning staff claimed it was there all day---definitely not true. When we went to... More

I was skeptical after reading reviews stating this hotel was horrible. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice, comfortable hotel. It was in need of a few repairs, but this would not keep me from choosing this hotel in the future. The large pool/rec area was a hit for my 8 and 13 year old sons. The free breakfast... More

First off can I say that I walked in to see if they had joining rooms with a door in between, the lady told me that they did and it would be 89.99 for the first night and 99.99 for the second, not explaining both rooms where 89.99 a piece and 99.99 a piece. This was the worst expireience I... More

The good: the exercise room, microwave and refrigerator in room. Free wi-fi is available, but expected. The bad: the smell! Cigarettes pervade the hallway and my room, and it is a non-smoking room! The ugly: I will be here for 2 days. The front desk fellow was polite. But he failed to give me an exercise room 'key' after I... More
