“Very acceptable would definitely stay again”

It's not a 4 star hotel but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is hot. Excellent value at the U of M for sub-100 bucks. More

“FIrst time and was skeptical!!”

Not bad! Staff was friendly and courteous! Room was very clean. Needed to book an extra night because of a death in the family and the night clerk was very accommodating with helping us with our reservation. We would stay again. The construction outside wasn't too bad once you got used to where you were going. Would stay again. More

“Great Location!”

Stayed one night in order to attend the MN Boys' State Basketball Tournament. Several first-round games were at Williams Arena and this hotel is just a short walk. Is it fancy, nope, is it upscale boutique, not on your life. It's convenient, clean, courteous and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
