The historic Wenneson has been marvelously renovated while preserving its historic, periodic character. We will definitely stay at the Wenneson again! The inn is furnished with beautiful antiques and has a very homey feeling. This wonderful place was close to the Root River trail and extremely peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. We felt like guests staying with family. Pam and Barry were gracious, caring hosts who offered privacy but helpful tips fora out the area. Highly recommended for a nice weekend. We will be back, beautiful home!

The Wenneson Inn is a great place to stay while biking the Root River Trail. The village of Peterson is quiet and quaint. The innkeepers Pam and Barry are very friendly. Our room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and not too heavy before a long day of riding. Would stay there again.
