I do not understand why hotels don't invest in windows that keep street noise out. I was to the street and woke up several times due to traffic. There were also maintenance issues, such as the glass shower doors didn't move easily and the edge of the bedding was embarrassingly frayed. Also, it's called called Residence Inn for a reason.... The location was very good - very close to where I needed to be. Desk was friendly and helpful at check-in. Late checkout was granted, but limited to 2 PM. This hotel has very nice and large suites with well equipped kitchen, very fine furniture and large flat screen Tvs. A bit too much for a single business traveller. Our stay from check-in was flawless. The staff was courteous and helpful to our needs. Our room was beyond amazing. It had all of the comforts of home with the perks of a qualtity hotel. The breakfast was incredible, with many options. Not only will we be back, but we will look for more Residence Hotels for our future vacations!

I stayed at this hotel for a few weeks during a relocation. The staff was great. The breakfast and dinner options (that included beer/wine some nights) was an awesome perk after a long day at the office followed by house hunting.
