If you are in the area this is a good priced hotel with a great location within 5 minutes of the Mayo Clinic. The hotel is dated but we were there for 1 night only and had no issues. More

This hotel is absolutely gross. The room had a bad odor and was not clean. The carpet was so dirty I made a trail of towels to step on in order to avoid it. The bathroom shower and curtain were moldy. Everything is very old and worn out with the exception of the mattress which was new. I spent one... More

If you are staying in Rochester for the Mayo Clinic, this hotel is by far the best value. Location is two blocks from the Methodist hospital, and only one block from an extrance to the subway system. Definetely not the fanciest and it could use a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. But with a fridge/microwave... More

We needed a place to stay near the Mayo Clinic and found Brentwood met our needs. I could walk to the hospital, which is about a block away, return to rest or freshen up, and quickly return to the hospital, if necessary. The hotel is no-frills, yet has what we needed: a spacious area in the bathroom for my husband... More
