If you are in the area this is a good priced hotel with a great location within 5 minutes of the Mayo Clinic. The hotel is dated but we were there for 1 night only and had no issues.

If you are staying in Rochester for the Mayo Clinic, this hotel is by far the best value. Location is two blocks from the Methodist hospital, and only one block from an extrance to the subway system.
