Very clean, good size room, although the bathroom was small. There was no internet service while I was there but supposedly there was a wider outage, so probably wasn't the hotels fault (although another reviewer had the same problem so it makes me wonder if there IS something the hotel could do about it). This hotel would have been a... More

The hotel was supposed to have a business center as well as free wifi. We called before we left to make sure of the business center because of deadlines that needed to be met. When we got there the "business center" was not working. Luckily we brought a back up computer borrowed from a friend, but on the first day... More

Go annually to Mayo for 18years. Not fancy but true two rm. suite with heavy door between rooms. Nice lamps, good shower head, 4 cup coffee pot, full sized refigerator, decent kit sink, dishes AND wine glasses, nice towels, toilette to remove makeup, toaster, TWO make up areas (one in bedroom), decent breakfast w/waffles and can also take to your... Good value for the money. Breakfast was simple but did include hard boiled eggs and make your own waffles. The rooms were clean but showed signs of wear. The toilet appeared to struggle to flush but eventually accomplished it's task. The kitchenette was convenient. I stayed on the second floor in a king suite but noticed that the first floor... More

We recently stayed here when my son was seen at the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. We stayed in a suite with a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. It had a nice amount of space so no one felt they were on top of one another. It had a recliner which was important to our son since he had... More

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is very clean and tastefully decorated, and the rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the continental breakfast is great. We would highly recommend this Quality Inn! More

Absolutely the best choice. remodeled, new furniture. Very clean. Guest laundry available for $1 to wash $.75 to dry. WOW. The desk people are totally out of control, funny and wonderful caring people. Great breakfast, free. Oops we were ungraded to a suite. Oh darn. I was so sad, lol, we stayed an extra night. I am a 74 year old retired dentist who went to Rochester to the Mayo Clinic. My wife wanted a suite as she gets up earlier than me. This Quality Inn was way over my expectations and I have traveled all over the world for over fifty years. It's in a quiet area of town which was great because a... More
