I apologize if your stay wasn't satisfactory. As a non-smoker myself I understand your issue with second hand smoke. Typically there isn't much smoke in the resort itself unless we have an event going on where they can't smoke in the ballroom so many just go in the prefunction area.

Wow...where do I begin?? When checking in we were paying for 3 nights $600.00 with a credit card. Card was ran and the girl said that it was denied. She ran a 2nd time and knowing that the card balance was $0 it was denied again. Called credit card company and they said a purchase over the limit of $7000.00...

After doing some research on your reservation I was able to see where the credit card was denied twice for the $600. It is our policy to have a valid form of payment at check-in to cover the entire stay.
