Average decor etc. T.V. didn't work, but evening clerk immediately arranged for us to have another room. Breakfast OK. Everything was adequate. I don't expect more or need more.

I recently stayed here with a large group of students attending a conference. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, Wifi worked well, plenty of hot water--even after 25 people took showers. Good value for the money.
