Beautiful friendly hotel. Will be a hard sell to go somewhere else after staying here. Shopping, variety of eating, and great atmosphere. Felt like I was in a much larger area of the country by the services offered here.

overall this is a beautiful hotel the room was very clean. The only thing that annoyed us was a server being verbally ugly to a customer. And having coffee grounds in our first cup of the morning. I won't let that keep me from going back!

Having to pull off the I-10 due to horrible weather, we found ourselves at the Beau Rivage for one night, and in the end would have liked to stay longer. Just returned from a 3 night stay at the BR. Common areas are beautiful and rooms are spacious. Bathroom could have used a little tlc as floor of shower needed it's grout cleaned and there was dirt in corners of bathroom floors. Probably only I would notice this but bathrooms should be DEEP cleaned at least every month or so.... More

My first, but not my last visit to Beau Rivage. Our casino host Peggy Allen exemplified the word service in taking excellent care of us and seeing to our every need. Great gaming, an excellent spa and great choices in dining. Jia is worth visiting for its Asian food alone.
